Well, I did say Tuesday and here it is, two minutes past midnight. Once again, here are 30 recolors of Sarhra's eyes, 21 "normal" eyes and 9 fantasy-esque eyes. Just like last time, there's a regular custom set, a geneticized townie-friendly set (wherein darker colors are dominant and lighter colors are recessive), and different defaults for you

Whee, I'm glad you like those because someone asked me about fantasy eyes and I was clueless about how to make them still look like Sarhra's eyes and have them fit in with the rest of the recolors. You're very very welcome. :)

Seriously, I can not get enough of all your maxis match creations. I'm determind to have as much maxis match only CC in my game and I don't think it will be hard with your creations ♥

Man, I really appreciate that. I'm glad people are trying out Maxis matchish things lately or even just hand-painted things. I like super-realistic CC and semi-realistic CC too, but it's still nice to see regardless.

I used to like super realistic, but then people got a bit too trigger happy with the shitty copying and pasting as well as the bump-mapping and I went off it. Also, I like to have basic clothing for my sims and Maxis Match supplies that.

Spaceballs is pure win; a mate of mine is a huge Star Wars fan and I was worried he'd be offended by it when we watched it once. Luckily he's one of those fans who can take the piss out of themselves.

I really love these eyes, and I've recently installed without_pith's version of them. When I saw you had done more recolors, though, I downloaded and installed yours!

Unfortunately, they did not work. :( After going back and forth, swapping eye sets and trying to figure out what was wrong (all my other eye sets still worked, from yumedust to simrenity to without_pith), I finally determined that it must be because I play on a mac. I'd heard before of some people having trouble with eyes on macs (and other CC), and that's the only thing that I can imagine might be wrong.

I don't suppose you know of anyone whose done a mac-friendly version of these eyes?

Even if I'm unable to use them, thanks for letting me admire your beautiful work!

Hmm, I realize some things may not work on the Mac due to the resolution they're saved at. I will take a look and see what's what, but unfortunately I don't know anyone who's made a Mac-friendly version of Easy/Lucky/Free.

I am however making some personal edits of Easy/Lucky/Free on a different sclera--a little more animation-friendly much like without_pith's edits--and I will be sure to take the resolution of everything into account. If I release them, they'll be here, but under a locked entry as I'm pretty sure I'll be mucking with some policy I should not be mucking with for public consumption.

Thank you SOOOO much for making contacts of these eyes! I've had the custom set in my game for awhile, but I hated that my townies didn't have these (but I also love my defaults so I was torn between the two). But now I can enjoy both maxis-match and realistic eyes! =D
