Lots of good information there, and things that will serve you well just from an observational standpoint.
As an aside, I've done lots of triage over the years. After growing up and thinking that I'd like to decide who lives and who dies, it's not as staisfying as one might think.
I can imagine. I wouldn't want the job to do this, but I think that if i had to, and was able to take a step outside myself, I would be able to get through it.
