I probably wouldn't be alive after last night. I tested for my belt in martial arts at Titan. I have never left the gym feeling so drained. I finally have a three piece suit so my journal is officially aptly named.

2 weeks ago, on that monday I became very sick for some unexplained reason. To further answer my question of what made me sick, I decided to experiment on my self. Conclusion: Evan and splenda brown sugar don't mix well at all. It was definetly that splenda brown sugar, now im going to bed.
