There are different things at work here:
1. your kitty does not want to be "touched or loved", but she has consented to be part of your home, which means she recognizes love, care, safety, etc.
2. but she pees all over everything.

It is very likely that your cat has some kind of illness. I would start by guessing that if she is an older cat that she may have a great deal of plaque; like humans, problem teeth lead to a great many other health issues including general malaise and fitness. Even my dear sweet lil furbaby got crabby when her teeth got bad. I will warn you that a teeth cleaning is not cheap, because it generally must be done under anesthesia and therefore costs around $200-250.

If it is not that, there may be another issue, ranging from diabetes to allergies to anything of any kind - in short, she needs a blood profile and an exam to see what may be the issue. Blood tests will run $50-250 plus exam costs depending on how deep a proflie you want to do. (I'm basing this on costs here; they may be less expensive in your area

I fully agree with those who have suggested a trip to the vet. She deserves at least that much. After that, if the doctor can't find anything wrong with her medically, I'm not sure what to tell you... but I have to be honest, I would be hard pressed to take her to the pound.

Let us know what happens! I hope she is OK.
