[Never to have anything to hide, the Midian quite cheekily fiddles with his device, snickering, savage teeth aglitter at all the open 'secrets' exposed here and there across the network.]

Poor unbridled souls, pray tell what did you think could be hidden from our wardens, hm?

[Alucard wouldn't be alone in his walk through the hospital.

He had to get out. Out of the high school, away from...

Well... He shuddered at the thought. It was odd, how hollow he felt now. Perhaps he could clear his mind here, rather than going off somewhere alone for once. It wasn't exactly terribly safe nor responsible of him to truly vanish after all, was it?

[The looming Midian hushed his regaling hymns, a monolith halted before a man yet monster, a monster yet man than he. A gaze of deep sanguine lowered, yet softened upon the sight of him. A brittle shell that looked chastened by the merciless winter winds.]

[Forgive her. He meant. For he knew his disdain for his master. Her hand was ever heavy, and he, ever obedient to it. This he could not change. The pact was sealed long before this child was ever thought of.]

[Forgive him? He caught on to the double meaning quickly enough. He'd forgiven Integra as much as his patience and morals would allow. As much as was Christian. What else was he to say or do?

The woman was beyond reasoning with.

Disdain was not the word... Nor any actual contempt, but he was far from pleased with the woman.]

It's not your apology I want to hear. [At least he was honest.]

You will not have such words from her.

[A Hellsing never apologized for their actions, for to them, every motion was just. Looking past his child towards the empty hallways that echoed their voices, he turned to take their communion to an empty room next to them.]

It is her right.

Nothing can change it, not you, not I, not God, or the Devil.

Never do they seek to realize just whom delivered these devices into our hands.

They're foolish to think they can hide.
