And by "this", I mean humoring someone. I had a person get very annoyed at me because I was not "humoring" him, and wasting my time and his, by running around to find something.

Really, does anyone want to be "humored"? I don't.

Maybe I was just being a jerk. Maybe not.

Humoring someone should be for when they are trying to present an argument that requires mental gymnastics. "Humoring" someone that just wants you waste your time for no gain? That's just douchebaggery.
