That's really good - tell the other people on your course just to make them feel small - it's what I'd do! :)

Seriously - well done, that's great. DunkyB and I are looking for a flat in London, you obviously don't need to spend your time studying so make sure you're free for the housewarming (whenever that is - a difficult date to miss intentionally).

Well, there's little point in mocking them: they're not Cambridge grads, so they're clearly inferior anyway... ;)
