Those can be made automatically from PDFs, but that needs OmniPage and a bunch of Bill Hollingsworth's scripts to do. The NLIP group has a huge pile of ACL papers (from here) and the FlySlip project has a bunch of biochemistry/genomics papers
It also needs RASP for the parsing, and hence a Lisp environment, plus I'm not sure how portable any of my scripts will be from the lab machines. I'm vaguely tempted to keep working on it this summer, though... 8 weeks is nearly as long as the entire project was.
