I really really need to figure out a way to regulate my sleep patterns...
im dead tired by 10pm and in bed...but I wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and cant get back to sleep...
its 3am and I'm like what the heck.... I shouldnt be awake!
maybe its the cranberry juice before bed....
my brain is going a mile a minute....
somebody please make it stop
