No quite a lot was cut from the audiobook. The story is in the written version..and I've seen him tell it somewhere else too but I can't remember where (National Theatre maybe) but not quite as *enthusiasticallY*

I know, but they should be used to me randomly laughing though. 9 times out of 10 it's something John says and does, that causes me to laugh hysterically.
