I found out today that I'm not having a Christmas. At least, I'm not getting any presents. My Mom's made the magnanimous decision to put all of the money we'd be spending on presents to the victims of the recent Hurricanes. One of the things I meant to do when I was hear during fall break was to snag my dad's old jacket from the 80's. It's blue and gold and on the back is stitched "Kevin's, Pensacola Beach." On a good day, I'd probably cringe at watching this report. I'd think about how the right was going to attack it as a biased (which it was) spinning of numbers to paint a pretty shitty picture, especially since it covers pretty much the entire scope of "America" in about 5 minutes.
