so when my friends are indicted, they don't know about it and the cops come and get them at 4:00 am.

when a rich white guy is indicted, he's given lots of advance notice and his arrest warrant is "purely procedural".

I went to the coast on tuesday and wednesday. I only made it to northern PC (delisle) and most of long beach to the gulfport line, but I can only report on what I saw in LB. I assume that most everywhere else is about the same (with the exception of bay, which I HEARD is an island now but haven't seen any evidence)...
