Okay, this is funny because I've been growing my hair out and:

"I prefer low-maintenance hair, but I'm not afraid to go for something a bit rocking, but I'd like to remain employable, but I'm an IT professional."

Is exactly my criteria. Also seriously considering the James Callis direction, especially since I do have a similar "color scheme" and type of hair.
