would it be firing you, or laying you off? do they have a REASON to fire you (have you been written up, or are not completing your duties)? there is a HUGE difference. have you tried to file for unemployment? i know that if you go below a certain amoutn of hours, less than part time i believe, you may qualify. it does depend on how long you have had the job and all that...

good luck on the job hunt. maybe you could get lucky with a tax place like Haylee since it is tax season and i'm sure a lot of places like that could use extra help, even if its just til april, its something!!

well i got written up TWICE on saturday for bs reasons that happened in my previous shift. one write up was for apparently taking in a broken disc (which i didnt do) and one was a final warning for having bad commisions cause i worked 8 hours that week and didnt do very well.

i have worked there for about 9 months, so im sure i would qualify, i worked less than 20 hours for the past month.
yeah i filed yesterday and i should know soon whether or not i actually get it.

im still searching for jobs though, im not giving up

I've been bi-polar since high school. I finally got put on the right meds a couple years ago and things were great! I just recently, like a month ago, stopped taking them. I was tired of always being at the same level. It's nice feeling the full range of emotion.

Keep your head up duder.
