was pretty fun in most ways.

one thing ill say...i gotta beat this bi-polar bullshit. getting upset for literally the dumbest reasons and letting it ruin like an hour of my night is no bueno.
fuck that noise.

tomorrow im going to have a blaaaaaaaaaaaaast.

I almost hate to give you this advice but...
be cautious with how happy you are. Bi polar mean there are two poles. When you get really lost in happy you set yourself up to get really lost in sad. By being aware that these two states of being are under your control you can temper your happiness AND your sadness. When you release control over one of the emotions you release control of the other, conversely when you maintain control of one you maintain it over the other.

This is obviously not to say be sad when you are happy. Acknowledge your happiness, but do not let it consume you. This will seam easier then it is when you are upset, but when you are upset you will start to see that gaining that control while you are happy also gives you that control when you are sad/mad.

Please don't confuse this with ignoring your emotions. Allow yourself to feel them, but know that there is more to you then just emotions. You are choice. You are that which experiences these two states and just how much you choose to is entirely up to

that makes sense. thats probably why when im happy, im HAPPY, and when im sad, im fucking depressed, or when im mad, im REALLY mad etc etc.

so does that mean im TRI-POLAR?! haha jk. but really. its like borderline personality disorder/bi-polar. ugh for the lose
