Joe~isms: Take One

Joe has come up with a new ism, that has out done any from before. If you've no clue as to what I'm talking about, I guess I'll humor you with a brief account of previous new lows in the intelligence of my cousin. These lows of course had to be given a name. Hence: Joe-isms
