WHY? WHY? WHY?
I am so tired of unappreciated volunteer work - I am the hardest working under employed person I know.

And if one more interviewer tells me I am over qualified, I may delete my resume, dye my hair, get some tatoos and extreme piercings and go work at the local adult book store mucking out the stalls.

I wouldn't delete your resume. I'd try to tone it down. In other words, try to edit it for each job you're going for and try not to add too much stuff to it that could backfire on your behalf.

And yeah, I've been hearing the word "overqualified" even when I was in my 20's. "overqualified" is Corporatese for "we can't pay you what you deserve."
