Yet another ski trip has ended, and all things considered it was a pretty good trip. First good thing I got to spend time with Lydia (yay) and my friends that I don't often see. So running, bike, etc to burn the mid section fat, and I guess this will work very quickly if you keep up on it.
Then do some crunches (not sit ups) to maintain the muscle in your stomach as well as build some new muscle. New muscle will help burn fat.
So yeah, run chicken boy.

I would also take a *natural* multivitamin, not one of those One-a-day or Centrum pieces of crap. One of the first things I learned while working at GNC is that people who take a multivitamin tend to have better weight loss results than those who don't by about 30%.
Also, doing a bunch of crunches isn't necessarily going to help you burn the fat around said muscle. You need to weight train, but you need to do it all over. Building lean muscle mass all over your body, rather than in just one concentrated area, will be more effective in helping you burn fat.
