Costco or Sam's Club?

So I'm thinking about getting a membership to one of these 2 places, but which one? No way am I doing both. Are there pros or cons or are they basically the same?

going to sams club vs. costco is like going to save-on vs. meyjer. at sams club you'll find name brand stuff rather cheap and costco you'll find non name brand stuff little to not much cheaper. i have a sams club card if you want to borrow it and take a look around. that is where i do all my shopping.

I've been to Sam's but not really to Costco. I ask only because I just don't want 2 memberships

I'm a Sam's Club person, but I don't think theres anything specifically wrong with Costco
