Hrm... one third of the year down, two thirds remaining. I can't help but notice that the past couple months have gone by faster than they should've been allowed to. I find myself both wanting to go home, and wanting to be here simply because I know I've only got around 6 more months as a teen before I ascend into the great unknown, otherwise ( Read more... )

*nods* college isn't the real world. it's ASMS with fewer rules more sex, more parties, drugs, booze, more sporadically spaced classes ^^ Personally I think college is most definately not the "real world", in all honesty, I think college is the last luxury of youth some people get to rely on. There are many things you can do in college that you can't do anywhere else ^^ so umm those are kind my thoughts.

Let me know how your college search is going k h oney? Hmm I'm thinking of transferring to Auburn or SCAD for next year. South doesnt' really have the best Psych department, and heh Auburn does ^^ and I can get a pretty decent transfer scholarship ^^ so I've gotta talk to my academic advisor and find things out ^^

Hmm good luck honey!

College is the real world?
Eh.. I dunno. I don't think it is... more like a more extreme version of ASMS.
The real world doesn't start until you either get married, turn 30, get three jobs, or die.

Though, IMO; there is no such thing as 'the real' world.
There are to many different and conflicting opinions on what the real world is.
I, personally, shall never live in the real world.
And I am happy because of it.
From what I've heard, the real world is boring.
Like home.
Which is why I hate it here. To a point, anyway.
My car is here, and that makes me happy. Except it's dismantled at the moment... *sob*
