Arthur/Merlin. Arthur truly hates Merlin. Don't want love/hate sex, but truly hate!sex where Arthur despises Merlin, thinks he's better than him, wants nothing more than to see him suffer, and makes it very clear whenever they have sex together (mocking, hair/ear-pulling, spitting, humiliation, dirty-talk about what a slut Merlin is to keep crawling back to a guy who despises him, etc.). Merlin gets off on Arthur's despicable treatment.

I'd really love it if Arthur just hated Merlin on sight for no reason at all rather than because of anything Merlin did. Just on a side note, OP is not averse to watersports.
