Arthur/Merlin, fertility ritual, Girl!Merlin

Arthur is married to Gwen (marriage of convenience, for the Love of Camelot etc.) but when Arthur needs an heir, Gwen can't conceive. Merlin does some research and finds out she and Arthur must perform some kind of fertility ritual (they aren't romantically involved at this point) in order for a baby to be conceived.
