Natwest, and I'm going to do so tomorrow :| They offered me a £1000 when I signed up (didn't take it because I'M AFRAID OF HAVING ACCESS TO THAT KIND OF CASH) and I hope they'll let me have it now. But my local branch is at home, so there might be dickery trying to sort it out from univille.
Manchester's shit with everything related to their students, so I'm gonna hold off. But I'm definitely complaining. Utter bastards.
I second kitty's suggestion of complaining in person. if that's not possible, then call them back and let them know in no uncertain terms that this is their fault and they need to fix it, now, or they can cover all your overdraft and late rent fees.
because, really. three times? unacceptable. this is definitely a situation when it's all right to be a raving bitch. you shouldn't have to suffer for their fuck up.
I already yelled at them, but it's just some guy who doesn't understand anything and he keeps sticking to the "how do we know you sent it/if it didn't get to us it's not our fault" bullshit.
I'm going to send them the form again by registered post, so they have to fucking sign for it and accept it arrived.
Is it possible to speak to a supervisor? If the guy on the phone isn't helping you, his boss should be told! (I'm a big advocate of the squeaky wheel getting the grease; otherwise known as bitch enough and you'll get your way ;)
Can you take the form in personally? Save time and postage!
Ack, student finance is such a dick. I'm going with the other commenters in saying, phone them up and get pissy. Hopefully if they see that you're not just going to lie down and take it, they'll actually bother to try and help you. *hugs*

Mmm, I might call them back tomorrow and ask for the supervisor now... cheers for the encouragement. I'm not great at yelling at people, heh.
