Huge sigh of relief on the extension front! I had my fingers crossed for you. And please be thinking long and hard about acid and making sure that you're properly supervised if you decide to do that... *is a worry-wart*

I am REALLY surprised that everyone on my flist is "noooo" about acid. I know the dangers and shit, but for a place which is usually cool as fuck about consensual BDSM and watersports I expected more of a... IDK - hippy like "that's cool man" reaction?

Acid and other drugs can be dangerous as fuck. But if you're going to do acid then the idea of a safe place, lots of time, and a non-stoned good friend with you can't be stressed enough, and I think that that is what your f-list is trying to say. Without that safety net, things can go to hell real quick. And I'm leery of drugs in general, just because I've known too many people who've gone down that path and too families and friends crushed by loved ones overdosing. And it's not that I believe you're even going to go down that path-- you're smart, you seem savvy, but it doesn't mean I don't worry. Does that make sense ( ... )
