Hey, anyone else having the problem where the receipt printers for the FPOS stations are printing at two speeds - slow and even slower? If so, did you have to call tech support, or what?
yes we have had this problem since the most current fpos update. tech support was contacted while i was on leave. it seems they only suggested to do a memory dump on the printer. that help on the secondary printer but not on the primary one. in fact it seemed to go even slower after the dump. my express driver was worried that he'd be late getting back to the station because it was printing so slow. my customers were also just looking at me like what is going on since i couldn't process any other packages until the printer was done printing. i hope they fix this soon.

That is a 'feature' of the new version of the FPOS software.
Tech support even sent out a company wide email a week or so ago saying "we know about it, please stop calling us"
