i just wanted to let everyone know that as of last monday i no longer work for fedex. i was put in a situation where i didn't have anyother choice. either i worked to close every day with no way to get home to my kid or leave the job. so i left. but i still get the feeling that my cm had no right to force me to leave like she did. she said,"either

They cant force you to quit like that....Tell HR and go get your unemployment......I live in the DMV area, Banks are always looking for Tellers and they make about the same..Good Luck and let us know how things turn out..

That's actually some good advice. If you apply at a bank, let them know you are familiar with following procedures and audits, etc, as that stuff exists at a lot of banks. I'm not sure if they are near you at all, but my sister works for TD Bank, likes it, and moved from teller to head teller in a couple of years.

i filed for unemployment last week. i just need to contact hr. i am looking everywhere for work. i might try the banks next if i don't get the job i interviewed for on friday.
