Check your usage limit, on your profile there's a small list of stats on the right hand side of the screen and it tells you how many GB's of space you've used in your scrapbook. If you're a paid account you get 10 GB but if you're a plus account you only get one GB or something silly like that. x

I went to my account settings, and under Storage Space, my stats say I have 151.44 MB of 1.00 GB. So, I should have some space left, right?

Yes, that means you should definitely have some storage space left! It might be that lj was having a glitchy day, which happens all the time. Or, did you agree to try the new posting page? That might have had an effect.

Have you tried restarting your computer and clearing your cache? Sometimes, that will fix things that are wonky.

How odd. You haven't changed anything in your computer recently? Like anti virus or security settings?
I would run with the advice above of switching off and on and clearing your cache; that usually cures a multitude of glitches. That is also the extent of my technical troubleshooting knowledge. Sorry!

I don't see a plus, I see an Upload button, but also a Flash thingie. Are you in Chrome or have a Flash blocker on?
