That place looks like heaven on earth <3 We have a few stores like that in Sydney, the best is called "Kinokunia" (I'm sure I got that spelled wrong lol) down there? Its the same as that store. Only difference is they have a section that's all Japanese manga that hasn't been translated... iow, more yaoi manga's XDD But still, Auz. definitely needs more of these stores XD Lucky U.S lol
yeah, minotaur is sadly ALL ENGLISH!!! not a trace of japanese or anything D: but that's ok, cos half way on the way to minotaur is a Suburb called BoxHill, which is basically ASIAN Central in Melbourne. i always stop off at the train station under the main plaza there and go shopping :D i buy all my japanese Eng-Sub Anime Dvd series there. like...i mean who wants to pay some $300 odd dollars to buy the whole FMA series in english when you can buy it in the original japanese for only $50 in a neat little fold out box set!? fsadfhasdkjhflshdg Madman is such a rip off XD i haven't bought official anime dvds in years and years!

Man you're right Madman is a rip off, and the English dubs are never as good as the originals! They usually kill the story, cut things out or change em. Like I remember when I first got into Anime with "Cardcaptors" Once I found the original Manga and saw some eps online with the subs I was like "Whoah whoah wtf is going on here???" Names changed, stories chaged, eps cut, some eps missing and some spliced together. Like WTF people??? And not to mention the main pairing was like... Not there!!!! Haha same goes with Pokemon, thats totally childish, and then you read the original Manga, and its got a whole better theme for it XD. Misty... um, not sure what her name was in the original with her gee string and major cleavage XDDD
Naruto in english makes me LOL and want to weep and slit my rists all at the same time ;A; it's soooooo bad. but with how kiddy they made it...i kinda want to see the whole Zabuz/Haku bit and just what they did with THAT!!? D: i loved that bit. but i cant see the eng sticking true to it XDDD
i also almost always hate their voice actor choices in english after getting used to the japanese. they barely ever getn a matching likeness, and sometimes i think the plainly dont even try to ;n;
and yes, i used to watch cardcaptors back in primary school. OH how they changed that to be aimed at 10yr olds. so sad.
and geez i knew the original pokemon manga looked and sounded way better and more mature than the english anime ever was...but misty in a GEE-STRING AND BOOBS!!? Really??? O__O

I've never seen what cool shops there are here in Sydney, they're probs all in the city, and I've never been shopping there :/ its shameful. and it sucks. I need a job, I have no money! But I wouldnt be able to get one until next year. So annoying! Plus I don't know where to look for a job grr. Dude wtf am I talking about jobs for?
well...Flabz who commented above you mentioned that Sydney has some good shops like that, so maybe you should ask her where they're at and go visit?? those types of shops are so worth it!! :D as is shopping in the city! even if it's just window shopping ;9
holy shit. I'm moving to Australia. i think that much Doctor Who merch is enough reason to uproot my entire family and move to the other side of the world. just to have that many David Tennant's looking at me is so totally worth it.
