well i dont support war at all. but a number of my relatives fought in WWI (+ WWII) and died, and as far as i know whether they wanted to go or not, they had no choice. So i think it's important to acknowledge their loss, whether agreeing with the cause of it or not? They were individual people with feelings and families after all. i like to aknowledge that rather than the war it's self. but each to their own.
It really is something isn't it? Though we didn't have that, just a really surreally hot day. Sometimes I wish we had more than Anzac day to appriciate the bit of land we live on but~ we're just content striking every now and then for everything ever.
I think we had 2 minutes as well. It went on for longer than a minute anyway.
I was pretty pissed off, I work in a deli and we have companies ringing for orders all day and the phone rang through the whole thing. Then there was this woman who was on her phone talking.
I couldn't believe it, some people have no respect.
