I don't see why you should lose respect for writing this, if anything you should get more respect for putting your feelings and experience down on something that a lot of people dismiss or don't believe in.

I am very much on the side of science, but am still open minded and like hearing peoples experiences like this.

Also wanted to add that a lot of the people who tend to say 'your brainwashed' or laugh at people who believe in God, have no or very little understanding of religion themselves. And half a term in GCSE RE does not count as knowing everything there is to know about christianity!!

I'm glad youve found your way. Religion isnt for me but when i hear about other peoples experiances, and conside other factors i often wonder about it. But im not ready yet.
