Back up

This may be a really stupid question to you geeks out there (who I'd be totally lost without), but how does one back up one's LJ?

Is there a simple way to do it or do you have to cut and paste all the entries??

LJ includes a function for backing up your posts, but not your comments, and only one month at a time.

The first two links are badly overloaded today.
