What happened to freedom of choice? Where do we draw the line? You know they say that our children are over weight and dumb. Whats next?...A law that tells you that snacks in

Sorry, but your second hand smoke could trigger an asthma attack.

And well, your right to smoke ends when it harms another. Just as we can all agree I don't have the right to drink my beer while driving.

You've got a home, so smoke there and no one will stop you form smoking at home. Hell, I've never seen anyone get busted for smoking pot in the privacy of their own home unless they were stupid and advertized they were doing it or pissed off their neighbors constantly.

I disagree....If I am in my own car with my child in the back...with the windows down...then i am not hurting my child what so ever...And as far as you saying do it at home...well my home is more enclosed and I believe to be more harmful then my car...And just how long til they start coming into my home....It's not the point of anything but my rights....you know lots of ppl agree with me...smokers and NONsmokers...I thank you for your comment...but I am hard headed....I just feel that our goverment is going over board on some of these laws...I mean we open our arms to illegal aleins..but smokers are discouraged..WHY...but anyways...thanks again...and I do understand where you come from...cause I have seen ppl smoke with their window up...but i am not one of them...and i feel it is not fair.
