Okay so I have been thinking a lot lately about all of my medical conditions. Because I seriously have WAY too many for a girl my age. And it has been an on going thing my entire life. loss of oxygen definitely does cause damage to the brain though. a girl i know, her baby's umbilical cord was clamped while she was in labor, it cut off the baby's oxygen and now the baby has cerebral palsy and might never walk, kinda scary!
