Snow Day! Man I haven't had off work cause of snow for about 14 years. But the courts are closed here, so no work. And I'm one that absolutely hates snow. Ugh, it's cold, slippery, a pain in the ass to shovel and get around town. If I was indepentantly wealthy I would totally move to CA or FL in the winter months

I can't believe how sissy other people are about snow...if they all lived here for a winter... :p

I'm an admin for the closed courts division. It's a city job that I just got back in June. We were suppose to get close to a foot of snow between yesterday and today, so I think they closed for what they thought we would get later this afternoon. Hardly anything came, and we only got 8 inches.

Your area is very nice...in July when I visited back in '05. I couldn't live there with all the snow you get, it would drive me crazy. I could deal with the cold, I like the cold. Just not snow and ice. More power to you!!
