"What are the odds of them both being late," Junsu said. "Do they know each other?"
"I doubt it," Yoochun said. "And it's only been ten minutes. Is that yours?"
They watched a Hummer drive up the school grounds and Junsu shook his head. "Nope, my dad thinks Hummers are for assholes."
"I'd like to meet your dad," he said and put his arms around his boyfriend's waist.
"You met my parents already," Junsu reminded him. "A few times even."
"Yeah and they know me as the kid who's banging their gay son. Do they even know my name? They should get to know me better."
"I'll tell them you want to meet them. I'm sure they're curious."
"Good," Yoochun said and pressed a kiss in Junsu's neck.
Junsu put his fingers under Yoochun's chin and pulled his face up to his own for a proper kiss.
The Hummer roared passed them and came to a screeching halt a few feet away.
"Asshole," Yoochun muttered. "What kind of idiot would drive that fast on school-"
He got cut off when Junsu all of a sudden pushed him away and took three steps back, looking shocked from the man stepping out of the Hummer to the ground and back.
"What the hell," Yoochun frowned. "What?"
"Do you know who that is?" Junsu hissed. "That's Changmin's dad."
Yoochun looked at the man and saw the striking resemblance between him and their friend.
"The homophobe," he nodded. "Are you afraid of him?"
"No, of course not, but you heard what Yunho said right? The whole reason Changmin was sent to a boys' school was to make sure his mind was only on his school work and not on girls or whatever straight people like."
"You think he'd pull Changmin out of school because he saw us?"
"I don't know. I hope not."
Mister Shim had already disappeared into the school and he came out about five minutes later with Changmin right behind him.
It was a strange sight. There was obviously something missing. It was like seeing Tom and not having Jerry around. It was like seeing Jessy without James and like reading Coca without the Cola part. Strange. Changmin without Yunho.
"That went great," Junsu grinned. "Why can't you be like that all the time, a nice person?"
"It's hard to be nice all the time, okay?" Yoochun sighed and unbuttoned the first few buttons of his shirt. "Sucking up is hard."
"They liked you," Junsu said and scooted closer to him.
The driver had come to pick Yoochun up from Junsu's house and they had crawled onto the back seat together.
"Will you be going home," the driver asked, right when Junsu leaned in for a kiss.
"Sure," Yoochun chuckled as Junsu flopped back down, frowning.
Junsu's parents had been nice, very friendly, though it was clear they were a bit taken awkward. They had known Taegoon for a long time and it was strange to have Yoochun in his place now. They hadn't explained it in that way, but Junsu had been so kind and enlightened him when they were alone for a second at the beginning of the afternoon.
"Can you bring us to the city?" Yoochun asked the driver who nodded and took off.
Junsu squeezed his hand and smiled. "You look like you could use a beer."
Yoochun wanted to say that Junsu looked like he could use a good shag, but kept it in. For now.
They went to Junsu's parents' cafe and Junsu ordered a beer for each of them.
Their legs were linked under the table at the back of the cafe. It was early evening, still light out.
"Are you still mad at me?" Yoochun asked when they had settled in. They sat next to each other in a far corner.
Junsu looked at him, squinted his eyes before rolling them. "No."
Yoochun moved in and press a kiss into his boyfriend's neck. "Come home with me tonight?" He said softly.
Junsu released a shivering breath and squeezed his hand. He turned his head and their lips met in a quick kiss. A yes.
It was stranger returning to school on Sunday evening. They had been so busy with each other and themselves that what happened on Friday had completely slipped their minds. So when they arrived on Sunday and went to Junsu's room first, because Yoochun was still a bit confused about how to go about his situation with Jaejoong, and found Yunho there without Changmin, they were surprised.
"He's not coming back," Yunho said. He sat on his bad, elbows on his knees and his head in his hands. "His dad took him home Friday and someone came and took all his stuff, everything..."
Yoochun glanced at Junsu who was looking at him. "We're so sorry," Yoochun finally said. "This is our fault. He saw us...he saw us in front-"
"No," Yunho said and stood up. "This is all my fault. I should have been more careful. No one should have found out."
"Yunho..."
"No, it's okay. This only one to blame is me for not being careful enough. if he gets home schooled...it'll ruin everything. He won't get into the college he wants, he wont be able to major in what he wants, his dad is going to take over his whole damn life."
"It's not your fault, though," Junsu said. "You shouldn't have to hide. The only one to blame is that asshole of a dad of his."
"He obviously took away his cellphone or else he would have le called. Or at least sent a test. I should have gone to his house, i should have gone...I should have-"
"He'll call," Yoochun assured him. "He'll call when his dad cools down."
"And maybe he won't get home schooled. Maybe he'll jsut get trasferred."
"I hope so," Yunho sighed. "God, I hope so."
