they wont install your broadband for you, you will have to do it yourself, i wasnt in this aft when it came so my flatmates struggled for four hours, when i came home i loaded it onto my comp within minutes, its not that hard if you know the slightest bit about computers. god knows why they struggled so much.

a little hint, if it goes through all the set up and stuff then takes ages to find the hub (even though its right next to ure comp) just eject the cd and start again then itll work.

we just plugged ours in and it worked....

apart from the phones they gaev us werent compatible witht he internet and kept fucking the signal up!!
