Want to have a nice, scenic shopping spree or chill place go to Paris.

Id go to Paris, but then again im biased. I must warn you though. London is a pretty wet place in spring.

I've been to Paris, and it's not all it's cracked up to be. The seemingly amorous city was a ball of smog for me, but maybe I'm just bitter because my hotel was within earshot of the airport din. Also, the locals show contempt for foreigners. It's not fun; it's quite sleazy, actually.

I've been to London three times, and I really love it there. It's such a quaint, friendly atmosphere during the day, filled with art galleries and easy access to the underground. At night, of course, neighbors would pump the music and party, and I once heard a guy in the middle of the street yell "I GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY FLAT" drunkenly. Plenty of places to do really good shopping, and loads of cool people.
