No, not really.  But according to N'gai Croal, it has problems picking up black people.

N'Gia Croal also had issues with the game "Black" and also didn't like the scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail with the Black Knight.

I don't know about him sometimes. He plays the race card a little too frequently for my comfort. I've used the EyeToy, and I'm white as a sheet (in pigment only; I doubt white supremacist groups would like my Jewishness much) and it doesn't always pick up on me. Considering Project Natal IS the EyeToy, I'm not surprised that there are technical issues. Did he make mention of the lighting conditions? Of the THOUSANDS that tried it - and I'm certain there were other black people in attendance - he's the only one who said something.
