Interesting. Very raw and real, I like it.

As for recomendations, here's someone I really like.

There's an ongoing AU fic over here that I think is quite good.

You can also poke through mine if you like, there's a lot of variety in there.

Poor Skwisgaar. He can't fight Father Time, so he chooses to fight Toki, instead.

I read through this and the one you linked at the top there. The psychology of it is fascinating, though I'm sure there's something I'm not getting. Ah well, I'll figure it out. But I have to say I can kind of relate to Skwisgaar on some of the issues he has, here. Hrm.

I hope you continue this.

And for the record, I've also been following the AU fic that Z linked to up there and agree that it's damn good.

Thank you for reading and commenting! I might be trying to hard, but I think you can plausibly go psychologically quite complex with these characters without coming out the OOC side. If you're at all inclined to prolonged meta, I'm happy to discuss!

I'll give the AU another go, since it comes so highly recommended. Tried reading it when it was first posted and couldn't get into it, for various reasons :)

Oooh yeah, they're all chock full of psychological potential, that's why this fandom is so much fun, at least for me.

And I know, that fic did take a while to pick up speed, but once it did... okay, when Skwisgaar has his second encounter with Toki, things get VERY interesting inside Skwisgaar's head, I'll put it that way.

This was great. I enjoy your style of writing, not too descriptive but still gets the point across with a certain sophistication. Good work love :)

It's perfect. The decay and hopelessness of everyday life couldn't be expressed better, I think. I liked it much more than their original story itself.
Thank you.
