aarinfantasy is a good place to start.

As for understanding the story, I read spoilers from forums and understand a little japanese if I listen to it

Kino-san, I thank you for all the effort you put into that summary. And you did it extremely well ^w^
Could I know where in aarinfantasy is it explained/spoilers. I really really need spoilers XP
Also, I wanted to ask (although I feel a bit rude as you did a great job on this) if there's another site OR Livejournal post that summarizes each and every step of the game until each end every ending as well.

What I don't get the most is "The hunger" Makoto path.... why does he EAT (I get the raping bit) Youji...? O_O Wasn't he a cute and nice guy??

Thanks,
Anime Skies

Right now I would show you the sweet pool thread on aarinfantasy where there are much more experienced players of the game who understands more japanese than me, but recently aarinfantasy has been going through a lot of maintance and I can't acess the forum right now so sorry..

I am sure if you type sweet pool in the interests of livejournal search you can find communites with more information about the game.

In response of your question I can't be 100% sure of my answer beacuse my understanding in japanese is little maybe at your level as I am not japanese..(I wish i was).

I think it had something to do with Youji's ability of giving out pheromones to attract certain males like the main 3 in the story,I think they had all different responses to the men. My guess that it had an adverse effect on makoto leading him to be that way.

Hope that helped in some way. It's been a while snice I've played the game.

Mm,, I just wanna share some of my thoughts...
from the post above:
"Tetsuo lives but youji dies, this time tetsuo doesn't remember youji at all and carries on with his life"

But if i didn't misinterpret the translation from Atlas and AGTH when I got that ending, Youji said some words which in short means he had to live, and Tetsuo had too..
And, my interpretation of this ending is that Tetsuo survived, and so did Youji, but unfortunately Tetsuo lost all of his memories including Youji, and Youji transferred to other school *with unknown reason*
And 5 years later, finally Tetsuo gained some remembrance about Youji, and then after the song ended, Youji with high school uniform appeared on the station.

Emm...that's my interpretation of the ending.
CMIIW, and thanks to your post, I finally played this game!! *which is soooooooo amazing and is very my taste*,, thank you very much for introducing this game!! :D
