Whisperstep lay awake in the night, her mate lay curled peacefully asleep beside her.  She looked and him and smiled, he was wonderful wasn't he?  Eight months they had been together now, eight months to the day.  Then her thoughts turned to other things that were eight months in the past and wondered if it could truly have been that long ago

The mates name is Matthew Dykman, mine is now similar.
The Bump moves... it really is there... expected in the Spring when the world is plentiful and warm. April 27th.

he is injured and doing his best to care for us... I'm happy, and my thoughts turn to you more often than I'd like to admit.

Our new roommate is having her first little girl at the beginning of March...

Matt was injured in BootCamp... so we've moved to Michigan. Seems like we're gonna be here for a while.

I'm not sure if it's a boy or a girl yet... I'm 6 months along today... should find out at my next appt when I get a dr here.

I'm sorry he was injured. Will he be able to go back or is he done with the military? Are you having a midwife or a doctor? I fully recommend reading the book "Childbirth Without Fear" author's last name is Dick-Read. Also, I would suggest checking out this website: http://unassistedchildbirth.com
