i don't have a sewing machine anymore.  i want to make jacob a mei tai to wear his baby doll in.  lately he's shown a lot of interest in feeding his baby and just holding his baby.  he even tried to nurse it.  so cute.  i'm going to try to wing it without a pattern because everything i googled just brought me to websites to buy a mei tai.  i figure

I may kick myself later for offering (cause I have a bad habit of taking on too many projects at a time) but I'm sure I could throw one together sans pattern for him if you're not wanting anything fancy (and I'm sure it doesn't need to be said but not functional for anything other than a doll).

aww, you're too sweet. if you feel like you have time, i'd be so thankful, but i don't want you to be overwhelmed. :(

i'm not looking for anything fancy. just not pink, although it seems to be his favorite color.

even if i decided that i was going to make one, it would take me weeks to get around to it. so if you decide you don't have time, please don't feel bad saying it, cause i totally understand. if you decide to do it, let me know how much you want for it.

What size clothes does he wear? Honestly it's something I could knock out in a weekend since I'm not exactly worried about it carrying a child's weight or anything. Plus chances are if I make one for him, I'll make one for Brooklynn too.

he's right on the line between 2T and 3T. he still fits into the 2T's comfortably, i just bought him 3T snowpants so i know they will get us through the winter.
