i have potato and onion pierogies. what should i make with them for dinner tonight? i am dying for cheddarwurst but ang doesn't like it. i think they would actually go very well together. any other suggestions?
that would work. i'm so hungry right now that i don't even care what goes with them. i just want to eat them. and dinner is SEVEN HOURS away. at least i will have lunch soon, but it's not pierogies.
I may be having pierogies tomorrow to celebrate the snowstorm coming tonight.
Hi there. I've been seeing your name on several friends' comments sections and thought you sounded like an interesting person with a knack for writing supportive, positive commentary to my friends. That's worth a lot in my book, so I traipsed over here to learn a little more about you.
I'm a Mama from NYC, my attachment-style-raised kids are now teenagers and my partner Starla and I are still learning so many things about parenting from these young people. I'm a midwife working at a small-ish Brooklyn hospital for the last fourteen years of my life. But many moons ago, way back when I was an undergrad, I also worked with the MR/DD population at a group home in Brooklyn.
Looking forward to reading your posts and getting to know you, Windi
i thought about pierogies all day after reading your comment. i couldn't comment back until now, though.
i'd love to add you as a friend. most of my entries are private now, because i worry about work people finding me, and other stuff i don't want out there for everyone.
thank you for such a nice message about being supportive and positive. :)

My favourite way to eat them is fried.... and they mix soy sause and vinegar together and dip them in. Eaten with rice sometimes, but not always.
Then on the side you can order garlic bamboo shoots or steamed broccoli.
