BK Burger Shots?

So does anybody else think this push for slider-type hamburgers is just a good way to sell less for more with a good marketing gimmick? We just did dinner with friends a few days ago and half of one menu page was for these, too.

They seem like a REALLY bad value for money, in terms of the size. Even if you assume that a regular BK hamburger is a good value (which I guess is reasonable, given how cheap they are) the sliders deliver less food for more money, partly because they are more labour intensive per order.

I like them because they're cute but i agree: total scam to sell less for more.

Sliders suck the big one. The bread-to-meat ratio is all wrong, I tell you - ALL WRONG!

I hadn't checked on that kind of thing. Do they really cost more?? >_> That wouldn't make much sense. But I suppose for "specialty" foods, that would jack the price up.

Relatively speaking I would think... like... you can get a burger for $1 or two sliders that are 1/3 the size of a burger, also for $1. 2/3 the food for the same money. The previously mentioned restaurant ran their sliders (4 piece) for about the same prices as a burger which is fine and dandy... except the fries and veggie were extra $$ with the sliders. Go figure.
