1) kyle had 20 people RSVP "yes" to his birthday party, and only four showed up. i think people get too busy and too wrapped up in their own lives these days, but i'm not sure that means they don't care...

2) i hear you about the mum. mine is the same way. i no longer ask for her approval or even understanding, but i demand respect. just keep your head up & stay strong, and wait for the day you have no dependence on those people. i think it'll be much easier then - at least i hope so.

3) i love you, actually.

4) i don't know if this helps one whit, but i just had to say something.
