So whats the best way to mail something to in Iraq?

When I mailed stuff to my brother while he was over there, just went on down to the post office. Don't recall using any special service, other than international.

Now you have to answer my question smart ass! Like if I want to mail a letter, can I just send it though the post office? The address is pretty strange.
