so first thing you need to do.... get excited! then everything else will be easy. :)

i promise that learning stick isn't that bad. my car is a '95 and has 96,000 miles on it and it's in fabulous shape, so don't worry about hte car being old or having a lot of miles.

as for insurance, if you feel the car is a semi-junker, you can just get a basic plan that helps YOU out if you get in an accident but doesn't cover car repairs. if the car is old and you get in a real accident, it's probably dead anyway lol- i promise you'll pay a LOT less. i pay like.... $250 every 6 MONTHS. :D

you can do it babe!!

I would recommend not getting a car that you don't actually know how to drive. You can find an affordable and reliable automatic just as easily as a manual; there's no reason to add more weight on your shoulders (OMG I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DRIVE THE CAR I JUST BOUGHT BEFORE I BREAK IT AHHHHH) when you don't have to. <3
