Paypal questions

Can anyone enlighten me on how to get Paypal to be able to receive money and draw out into a bank account in Malaysia? I heard that Public Bank's debit card can do it, but when I went to the bank near my place they have this weird TAR College debit card, and there's more than 1 kind, I'm not sure which one works *__* Also the bank staff has NO IDEA

I can open Paypal here for you, but I guess that defeats the purpose of you wanting to open one in Malaysia? >_>

Or can maintain buy Aussie bank account to use for ur Paypal? You cuba tanya around and see. Then can transfer from my Aussie account to Malaysia account lor.
