this is a rip off of pizza hut's new brushetta dish.
1 ripe tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp basalmic vinegar
1 green onion, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1 large flatbread
1/4 cup grated cheese (asaigo and mozza is really nice)
mix first 5 ingredients in an oven safe bowl.
heat oven to 425 degrees, spray a cookie sheet,
place flat bread on sheet, cover with cheese.
place both in oven, and cook until the cheese is bubbling
slice the flatbread and cover with tomato mixture. eat like a pizza. yummy!

Welsh Cheese Tarts
Don't ask why they are called that because they have no cheese but they are darn tasty!
