I understand this Xuchilbara's purpose and accept it, but I still dislike how he feels. It's just pitiful to walk in a bloodstained path that way.

Goodness, how dramatic y'all are! Do all the so-called Avatars like cryptic and religious proclamations? The last one ranted about the crow, I think. So that's not really religious, I guess, unless you take into account that it's pretty obvious his god is a red-eyed, unlucky little birdy.

Not that I'm complaining, mind--it's cute.

Normalcy should never be underrated. Sometimes, it can get things across pretty well. ... Ah, who'm I fooling? Normalcy's boring as hell.

Naturally, Avatar-san. Though I have to ask---does anything exciting ever happen around here? Your roaming devil seems interesting, but I haven't figured out yet if I can play with him or if he's just going to preach fire and brimstone at me.

And you can seek your excitement if you know where to find it. Normally I'd point one into the Entertainment District which is filled with any and all of the excitement a human body and mind could desire, but I have a feeling that's not the kind you're refering to.
